Roman Abramovich says claims he needs £1.5bn Chelsea FC advance back are ‘totally bogus’

Chelsea’s deal has a cutoff time of 31 May, when the public authority’s brief permit for the Blues lapses, and Abromovich has demanded not entirely set in stone to “track down a decent overseer”.

Reports had proposed the Russian very rich person could demand the cash being repaid, which could compromise the offer of the Premier League club.
