A fruity gin cocktail that will have you dancing in the kitchen.

It seemed inevitable that we would give this moniker to one of our homemade cocktails. Blood-red and created using a stunning gin that changes color, it is now a staple on our cocktails menu.

Murder on the Dancefloor

100ml of premium gin; we choose Pink Marmalade due to its remarkable color-changing qualities.
12 cups of lemon or lime juice
100 milliliters of cranberry juice
You may need a bit more agave syrup, depending on the sweetness of the cranberry juice.
2 lavender sprigs, to garnish (optional)

Fill a few martini glasses with ice and leave them aside. Put lots of ice in a cocktail shaker, then add the liquid ingredients. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds with the lid on; give it your best.

Remove the ice from the very cold glasses and strain the cocktail into them evenly. If desired, garnish each glass with a lavender sprig and consume immediately.
