Their attorney, Lisa Shelkrot, stated in a statement that her client “accepted the court-imposed requirements of not contacting or entering the residence of the occupants.”

She added, “Ezra would want to appreciate the love and support they have gotten from their family and friends, who continue to be an important part of their ongoing mental wellness.”

The next hearing is scheduled for January 13.

In August, the star of Justice League and Fantastic Beasts began treatment for “complex mental health concerns” and issued an apology to people they had “alarmed and upset” with their recent behavior.

Early this year, the actor was arrested twice in Hawaii and later charged with disorderly conduct, harassment, and second-degree assault.

They entered a plea of no contest to the assault charge and paid a fine of $500 (£442) and court fees of $30 (£26). The harassment accusation was eventually dropped.

There has been talking about the status of DC Films’ The Flash, the first film to star Miller’s character, and whether Warner Bros. will release it with limited fanfare or possibly cancel it due to the actor’s recent headline-making behavior.

In August, studio president David Zaslav stated that he was “extremely thrilled” about the film’s release in June of next year.
