A worker was killed by an antelope in a Swedish zoo.

The Oland Zoo and Entertainment Park are closed as of today, according to its website, after the largest species of antelope fatally stabbed an employee.

Local media report that a zoo in Sweden was forced to close after one of its employees was fatally gored by an antelope.

According to local authorities, the man, who was from abroad, was bringing the elands, the largest antelopes in the world, into the stables after the park had closed for the day.

The incident occurred at the Oland Zoo and Entertainment Park, which is located on the Swedish island of Oland.

Police stated that the incident is being investigated as a “workplace accident,” but it is unclear what transpired within the fence.

The victim’s identity and nationality have not been disclosed.

According to its website, Oland Zoo and Entertainment Park are closed as of today.
