According to NBC News, investigators do not suspect any unusual circumstances surrounding the woman’s death, and she may have been driving when the accident occurred.

Rudy Alcaraz, the chief of police in Selma, stated, “We wish we had better news to deliver.

“I wish we could have taken Ms. Fuentes home with us.

Joe Fuentes, the woman’s father, referred to the police chief as “my hero” because he “promised me he would find my daughter.”

Margaret Mims, sheriff of Fresno County, stated, “There is little doubt that we have located her.”

The vehicle’s tire tracks could be seen moving through the undergrowth toward the cliff’s edge, according to the police.

Reaching the crash location required the employment of specialized equipment by search and rescue teams.
