Sunday, passengers on an Austrian intercity train were astonished when a recording of an Adolf Hitler speech was played on board.

A crowd could be heard chanting “Heil Hitler” and “Sieg Heil” over the train’s speaker system instead of the usual announcements.

The operator stated that several similar incidents had occurred in recent days.

Everyone on board the Bregenz-Vienna train was “completely shocked,” according to one passenger.

David Stoegmueller, a member of the Green Party, stated that the Nazi leader’s speech was broadcast over the intercom shortly before the OEBB Railjet 661 arrived in Vienna.

“We have heard two episodes,” he stated. “I first heard 30 seconds of a Hitler speech, followed by ‘Sieg Heil.'”

Mr. Stoegmueller also reported that the train crew was unable to halt the recording or make their announcements. “One member of the crew was extremely upset,” he added.

Austrian Railways (OEBB) stated in a statement, “We distance ourselves from the content.

“At this time, we can assume that the announcements were made via intercoms by train passengers.” “We have filed a report with the police,” the OEBB stated.

It is believed that complaints have been lodged against two individuals.

Mr. Stoegmueller stated that he had received an email from a man who was riding the train with a Holocaust survivor. “She was crying,” he reported.

Him, another passenger remarked that when other nations experienced technical difficulties, the air conditioning would fail.

Hitler was born in Austria and moved to Germany as a teenager in 1913.
