Police in Broken Arrow stated that the fire and the fatalities were being investigated as homicides, although they did not believe the public was in imminent danger.
Eight dead were discovered in a burning house in Oklahoma, prompting the commencement of a murder inquiry.
Thursday around 4 p.m., the fire was reported in Broken Arrow, approximately 13 miles southeast of Tulsa.

Ethan Hutchins, a spokesman for the police, described the situation as “complicated” with “many moving components.”
He continued, “This is understandably a shock to Broken Arrow.
“This is a secure city. This is not an everyday occurrence in Broken Arrow.”
Broken Arrow is the largest suburb of Tulsa, with almost 115,000 residents.
The Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives Bureau of the United States is also involved in the inquiry.
