A court heard that a guy on a mobility scooter was repeatedly stabbed in the neck, chest, and abdomen.
Thomas O’Halloran, 87, passed away last Tuesday in Greenford, west London, after what prosecutors termed a “vicious attack.”
Lee Byer, 44, is charged with the murder of Mr. O’Halloran in a case scheduled for trial in May.
During a pre-trial hearing at the Old Bailey this morning, it was revealed that Mr. O’Halloran told a bystander he had been stabbed, even though his wounds were visible.
