The loss of her young life has left a tremendous void in our family. And we are certain that her instructors and friends will feel the same.

During this difficult time, we would like to thank everyone for their support and kind thoughts.

Brianna was transgender, but according to the authorities, there is no proof that her murder was motivated by bias.

A local boy and girl, both 15 years old, have been arrested on suspicion of her murder.

On Monday, police vans and uniformed officers patrolled the park.

A substantial portion of the park was cordoned off by police tape along several walks. And police dogs were also present.

Flowers were also placed along with words such as “Fly high angel.”

Their school of Brianna was “shocked and horrified”

Emma Mills, the principal of Brianna’s high school, Birchwood Community High School, commented, “We are stunned and utterly grieved by the news of Brianna’s passing.

We will help our students and school community at this difficult time.

Damian Harry, whose daughters knew Brianna, stated that they were in “disbelief” and need painkillers due to stress.

He continued, “Brianna was a beautiful young girl who was highly engaged on social media, exactly like my girls. They were in one other’s worlds.”

Mermaids, a charity that assists trans and gender-diverse children, youth, and families, stated, “Our sympathies are with the family of Brianna Ghey, a transgender youngster who was murdered in Cheshire over the weekend.”

The police are exploring “several inquiries.”

Mike Evans, Detective Chief Superintendent, stated that police are pursuing multiple lines of inquiry and urged anyone with information to come forward.

He stated, “Several investigations about this occurrence are currently underway. And we are doing everything possible to determine the exact circumstances behind this tragedy.

“At the present moment, there is no evidence to imply that Brianna’s death was motivated by hatred.

Local patrols have been increased, and officers will remain in the Culcheth area to reassure locals and answer any concerns they may have.

He added that he would encourage anyone with any information, “no matter how big or tiny,” to contact police, who were eager to examine any dashcam or CCTV footage from the area.
