A guy has been charged with the murder of a young mother after her body was discovered in a park.
Madison Wright, a resident of Basildon, Essex, was last seen alive on July 22 wearing a pink blouse, black pants, and flip-flops.
The 30-year-black old’s Vauxhall Astra was located four days later, on July 26 in Basildon’s Brackendale Avenue.
Friday, Essex Police apprehended a guy, and on Sunday, Gary Bennett was charged with murder.
On Monday, a 36-year-old man from Pitsea is scheduled to appear in Southend Magistrates’ Court.
On Saturday, a body was discovered in Basildon’s Wat Tyler Country Park, according to the police.
The park and adjoining recycling center remain closed while police continue their investigation.
The deceased has not yet been officially recognized, but Ms. Wright’s family has been informed and is being helped by specialized officers, according to police.
The police would like to contact anyone with information who has not yet come forward, especially anyone who saw Ms. Wright or her automobile between 8.30 a.m. on July 22 and 8.30 a.m. on July 26.
Additionally, the force is requesting CCTV, dash cam, or any relevant material.
