Saturday’s tragedy in the Tottington region claimed the life of Albie Speakman, whose mother Leah described him as “an immensely kind, affectionate, and caring youngster who just wanted everyone to be happy.”
A three-year-old kid was murdered when he collided with a tractor on a farm in Bury. His parents have paid homage to him.
Saturday afternoon in the Tottington region, tragedy claimed Albie Speakman’s life.
Leah, his mother, refers to him as her “little sunshine boy.”
She claimed that Albie was a very sweet, affectionate, and caring young man who wanted everyone to be happy.
He was very sensitive and concerned about everyone’s well-being, especially those he loved.
Neil Speakman, Albie’s father, told that his son was “his best buddy.”
“No parent should ever have to endure this,” he stated.
The police were summoned after Albie’s relatives flagged down an ambulance while attempting to transport him to the hospital.
Mr. Speakman told, “I immediately loaded him into our car and hurried him to the hospital, flagging down two ambulances while on the phone with the ambulance service.”
Critically injured, he was pronounced dead by paramedics before he could be transported to the hospital.
Along with the Health and Safety Executive, officers continue their investigation.
Mr. Speakman continued: “My recollections will always be of the world’s happiest little child, who adored playing football and visiting the beach.
“He was infatuated with his new baby sister Willow; for the past three months, all he talked about was where she was and if he could hold her.”
‘He was taken so suddenly’
Mr. Speakman stated that the agony of losing his kid “will never go away” while disclosing that a September family vacation to Morocco was only recently arranged.
“He enjoyed vacations, and this would have been his first flight,” he said.
“He was gone so suddenly,” he continued “I’ll never have the opportunity to teach him to drive or buy him a pint! He was a credit to me and Leah, his mother. I’ll miss you, mate.”
The mother of Albie’s eulogy continued: “His favorite memories are of playing on the beach at Cleethorpes with his bucket, spade, and ball. His happiest days were spent on that beach, where we were so carefree and carefree.
“It was just me and Albie, and everything else was irrelevant. I knew he was truly content at the beach because every time I asked him what he wanted to do, his response was to want another beach vacation.”
“I shall earn your respect”
The eulogy continued, “We all adore Albie more than words can express, especially his grandmother and “Nanny-Nanny,” as he always called her.”
“I call him my little sunshine boy because he has brought so much joy into my life and because he is my little ray of sunshine. I don’t want his life to end here, so I must continue to live for him and bring him with me wherever I go. Albie, we still have so many more moments to create!
“Because we need each other, I am confident that he will find his way back to me sometime, somehow. Until then, I shall seek him out in everything I do and honor his life.
“I am unsure about how to continue living without you, but I will find a way to be courageous and make you proud.”
