The French envoy to Ukraine has shared an image of a group from France showing up in Lviv “to help their companions in the examinations of war violations submitted around Kyiv”.
In a proclamation, Etienne de Poncins said: “The first to provide such help. They will be at work tomorrow. Solidarity.”
It comes as Ukraine’s military prepared for another Russian hostile today as strong blasts shook urban areas in the south and east.
