On New Year’s Day, Jeremy Renner was dragged under a snowplow and suffered more than thirty fractures and chest trauma.

Jeremy Renner posted his first anti-gravity treadmill run months after being nearly killed by a snowplough.

The Marvel star tweeted a little treadmill video with an encouraging remark. “First attempt at a very light jog with weight assisted lift for the fractured tibia.

“Pain is a progression for me”

The 52-year-old Oscar contender runs while talking to a filming friend in a red T-shirt and grey cap.

He stated, “I’m unfamiliar with this activity. Walking and jogging utilize distinct muscle groups…”

The actor also joked, “Thank goodness for titanium,” referring to the titanium plates and screws used to reconstruct his body after he sustained severe injuries.

The actor spent two weeks in intensive care after a near-fatal snowplough accident on New Year’s Day fractured over 30 bones.

Using his own PistenBully snow plow, he reportedly assisted in removing his nephew’s car from his driveway near Reno, Nevada.

Renner leaped from the truck and was dragged beneath the six-ton plough when it started sliding downhill.

According to the local Washoe County Sheriff’s Department, he sustained injuries to his “torso, face, limbs, and head.”

According to authorities, the vehicle may have had mechanical problems.

Renner returned home from the hospital last month and has been updating social media on his recuperation.

The actor was “completely crushed” by the machine, as the right side of his ribcage collapsed and his upper torso was crushed, according to a 911 call log.

Rennervations, a four-episode construction program, debuted on Disney+ last month, and earlier this week, he shared a photo of himself beginning work on a new project at his “Rennervations Garage,” possibly indicating that the docuseries has been renewed for a second season.
