Twelve allegations have been filed against the Hollywood actor, well known for his appearances in American Beauty, The Usual Suspects, and House of Cards.
Kevin Spacey has been accused of committing sexual offenses against a fresh accuser.
During the brief hearing, the 63-year-old actor from the Middle East who appeared by videolink at Westminster Magistrates’ Court spoke only to confirm his name, date of birth, and London residence.
After being charged with sexually abusing an alleged male victim between 2001 and 2004, he did not indicate any intent to enter a plea.
The most recent seven charges against the Hollywood star include three counts of indecent assault, three counts of sexual assault, and one allegation of inducing a person to engage in sexual behavior against their will.
They bring the total number of allegations against Spacey to 12.
He was granted bail before his next court appearance on 13 January at Southwark Crown Court, when he is anticipated to appear in person.
In July, the actor appeared at the Old Bailey to deny five charges involving three men in their 30s and 40s.
The five alleged offenses he has already rejected allegedly occurred between 2005 and 2013 in London and Gloucestershire.
Spacey was the artistic director of the Old Vic theatre in London at the time.
At that hearing, he was granted bail before his trial on June 6 of the next year.
