Comprised of Mick Jagger, Ronnie Wood, and Keith Richards, the band revealed information about their upcoming album, Hackney Diamonds, on social media and are scheduled to be interviewed by Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday regarding its release.

It will also be their first album since the death of percussionist Charlie Watts in 2021.

The American talk show host will be interviewed in Hackney, east London, and live-streamed on YouTube worldwide.

The Rolling Stones’ most recent album of original music was 2005’s A Bigger Bang, while their most recent studio album, Blue & Lonesome, was released in 2016.

The band initially previewed their new music online and in the local newspaper, the Hackney Gazette.

The advertisement for Hackney Diamonds featured lyrics from the band’s most popular songs. Also a website and phone number that led to a recorded message.

“Welcome to Hackney Diamonds, the glass repair specialists,” a male voice with a Cockney accent states. “Do not get angry, fix it.”

The term “Hackney Diamonds” refers to fractured window glass resulting from a robbery in East London.

The Rolling Stones were founded in the early 1960s and have achieved eight UK number-one singles. Including (I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction, Paint It, Black, and Honky Tonk Women.

Pete Townshend of The Who inducted the band into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1989.

In 2022, they had a 10-country European tour to celebrate their 60th anniversary, including a performance at BST in London.
