Drake & Josh’s 2004–2007 celebrity was sought by police.
Drake Bell, who was reported missing by police, has been discovered safe and sound.
Law enforcement requested public information from the 36-year-old US actor who played Drake & Josh from 2004 to 2007.
The police appeal says Bell was last seen in Daytona Beach, Florida, on Wednesday night and is “missing and endangered.”
A spokesperson for the Daytona Beach Police Department stated that Bell has since communicated with its officers.
“At this time, we can confirm that law enforcement officials are in contact with Mr. Bell and that he is safe,” said the spokesperson.
On Drake & Josh, Jared Drake Bell played Drake Parker alongside Josh Peck.
He later portrayed Spider-Man in the animated television series Avengers Assemble and Timmy Turner in the live-action film adaptation of the Nickelodeon sensation The Fairly Odd Parents.
In June 2021, Bell, a California native, pleaded guilty in a case involving attempted child endangerment.
In 2017, the accusations stemmed from an online incident involving a 15-year-old fan.
Bell, who was 31 years old at the time of the incident, stated that he did not know the girl’s age at the time and that “all conversation and communication stopped” when he did.
He acknowledged endangering children and disseminating harmful material to minors.
Two years of probation and 200 hours of community service were imposed on Bell.
