On New Year’s Day, the actor sustained severe chest injuries and was taken to the hospital after being accidentally run over by his snowplow.
Following an accident involving a snowplow that left him in critical condition, Marvel actor Jeremy Renner has returned home.
In response to a Monday Tweet about his Paramount+ television series Mayor of Kingstown, Renner tweeted. “Outside my brain fog in recuperation, I was really happy to watch episode 201 at home with my family.”
On New Year’s Day, the 52-year-old Oscar candidate was evacuated to the hospital with severe chest trauma after being crushed by his 6,500-pound snow plow outside his Nevada ranch.
As he attempted to clear a route for a relative’s vehicle on a road near Lake Tahoe. He was struck by his ‘PistenBully’ plow, which began to roll by itself.
After the mishap, the celebrity posted a selfie from the hospital. And claimed that he was “too messed up” to type.
A log of emergency calls revealed that the actor’s right chest had collapsed and that he was “totally crushed.”
Authorities are currently investigating the incident, but they have stated that there were no indicators of impairment or foul play.
On New Year’s Eve, Reno, Nevada, where the actor resides, was struck by a winter storm that left thousands of houses without power. And hundreds of roads closed across northern California and portions of neighboring Nevada.
Renner portrays Hawkeye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and has recurring roles in the Mission: Impossible franchise.
