Witness Ian Jepson deemed it “very amusing” to observe the Santas attempting to free their truck.
A tank load of Santas wreaked mayhem in Cornwall after getting stuck in a lane and requiring police intervention to remove it.
The armored personnel carrier was packed with folks on a pub crawl when it became stuck in the Cornwall village of Angarrack.
Earlier in the day, Lee Gribble witnessed the tank traveling through the Helston town center.
Ian Jepson, a fisherman who caught video of the holiday traffic gridlock, told that the lane was stopped for around two hours.
“They sped passed me while singing, and we later found them stopped at the narrowing of the road,” he claimed.
It was rather amusing to see them struggle to escape.
Thursday at approximately 7:40 p.m., Devon and Cornwall Police were summoned to the area after receiving complaints that a vehicle had been damaged, but no arrests have been made.
