  • Katie Price arrested for missing bankruptcy hearing
  • Court orders strict attendance, no exceptions
  • Price claims legal issues, promises to comply

The 46-year-old former model was arrested at Heathrow Airport on Thursday.

Katie Price has been ordered to attend court sessions “no ifs, no buts, no holidays” after being arrested at Heathrow Airport for missing a bankruptcy hearing.

On Friday afternoon, the 46-year-old entered London’s Royal Courts of Justice wearing a black headband and huge sunglasses.

Price was warned during her hearing that she must attend her next public test “without ifs, buts, holidays, or trips abroad.

The former model insisted, “I just want to get this sorted out”, and promised to “move my diary for it” because she has “other court stuff” to attend.

She claimed that she attempted to obtain legal aid but was charged £50,000 because 40% of her wages were seized due to the bankruptcy procedures.

It comes after the former glamour model failed to appear for a bankruptcy hearing, prompting the issuance of an arrest order.

Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Catherine Burton ruled in Price’s favour at the end of July, stating that she had received “obvious warnings” to attend.

Price had been scheduled to answer questions about her money from barristers after being declared bankrupt in November 2019 and again in March this year.

She emphasised last week that she was “not running from matters” and announced on Instagram that she would be unable to attend due to filming abroad.
