Following questioning, a man detained in Londonderry as part of a police investigation into the activities of the New IRA has been released.
Friday, the 41-year-old was arrested under the Terrorism Act.

It followed a property inquiry in the Creggan neighborhood of the city.
The man was also released on parole, according to police, pending further investigation into allegations of fraud-related offenses.
