The 49-year-old was arrested in Romania in August and deported to the United Kingdom.

Now in the custody of the Essex Police, he has been charged with 39 charges of homicide and conspiracy to aid illegal immigration. He is scheduled to appear before the Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court this morning, Saturday, October 29.
One week after the third anniversary of the horrific event, the charges are filed.
