The couple, who had their first two children while Boris Johnson was prime minister, announced via Carrie’s Instagram account that they were “loving every minute” after the birth of Frank Alfred Odysseus.

The birth of Carrie Johnson’s third child was announced.

In an Instagram post, Boris Johnson’s wife proclaimed, “Welcome to the world Frank Alfred Odysseus Johnson, born July 5 at 9:15 a.m.

“(Can you guess which name my husband chose?!)”

Mr. Johnson, 59, studied Classics at Oxford’s Balliol College, and Odysseus is a legendary Greek monarch from Homer’s epic poem the Odyssey.

Mrs. Johnson added, “I am savoring every moment of the baby’s slumber.”

“Seeing my elder two embrace their new brother with such joy and enthusiasm has been the most beautiful thing I’ve ever witnessed. Everyone is extremely enamored.

“Many thanks to the extraordinary NHS maternity staff at UCLH. They truly are the most remarkable and compassionate individuals. I feel such immense gratitude.

“Can anyone recommend a decent series or box set to binge-watch while nursing?

“Time for a drink”.

The wedding took place in May of 2021. Wilf was born in April 2020, while Romy was born in December 2021.

Mr. Johnson’s third offspring is their third child overall.

During an interview in 2021, after much speculation, he eventually confirmed that he had six children.

He also has four children with his ex-wife, Marina Wheeler, and a child with art consultant Helen Macintyre, born in 2009.

It is the first time the couple has had a child after leaving Downing Street, which they did in September of last year after Mr. Johnson was removed from his government.
