Alice, whose real identity is not known, claims Tate strangled her during sex and continued to have sexual relations with her after she lost consciousness.
A woman who claims she was raped by social media influencer Andrew Tate intends to prosecute him.
She claims that Tate, a notorious misogynist, informed her he “owned” her and threatened to kill her.
Alice, a fictitious 30-year-old woman, stated, “While we were having sexual relations, he placed his hands around my neck and strangled me until I lost consciousness.” And when I awoke, he was still having sexual contact with me and was still on top of me.
“The next day, all of the white in one of my eyes had turned entirely red. After researching it, I discovered that it was caused by a lack of oxygen to the brain, which causes blood vessels to rupture to deliver more oxygen to the brain. That was very frightening.”
Tate allegedly raped her by continuing to have intercourse with her while she was unconscious.
Tate and the 20-year-old woman met in a pub in Luton, Bedfordshire, where they both resided.
At the time, he was a kickboxer and club doorman, and they had a one-night stand, communicating intermittently in the weeks that followed.
Tate allegedly rendered her unconscious during a second encounter while they were having intercourse at her residence.
Alice acknowledges that she did not report Tate or the authorities at the time.
She told her companions, none of whom had experienced anything similar, but both she and they brushed it off as “something that occurs during sexual activity.”
She explained, “Until recently when I was a bit older and wiser and understood consent and how things functioned, I didn’t view it as anything particularly negative.”
“I was concerned that I might be held accountable. They would say, “Well, you were already having sexual relations with him, so it’s kind of your fault.”
“However, attitudes have shifted and people are more knowledgeable about what constitutes sexual assault.”
She is anticipated to file a civil lawsuit against Tate, 36, shortly, seeking compensation for her ordeal and encouraging other alleged victims to come forward.
“I just hope that he can be held accountable for what he’s done,” he said.
I also hope other women would feel safe sharing accounts of things that happened to them, not necessarily by him.
In April, three webcam models for Tate’s internet sex company started a crowdfunding campaign for a civil lawsuit.
They allege that he raped and abused them, causing physical and psychological damage that prevented them from working and living normally for years.
In 2015, they reported their allegations to the Hertfordshire police.
Tate was arrested three times for raping and assaulting three women, but four years later, the case was withdrawn.
The police apologised for the investigative delay and offered to meet with the women to discuss their concerns.
It later stated that it was “observing developments.”
Since then, detectives have communicated with the women’s solicitors, who desire that the criminal investigation be reopened.
The police force was requested to comment.
Tate, a dual citizen of the United Kingdom and the United States with nearly seven million Twitter followers, is presently under house arrest in Romania, where police are investigating allegations of human trafficking, rape, and sexual exploitation of women.
This month, a decision on whether to charge or release him is anticipated.
Tate claimed he was a good influence and “acting under God’s instruction to do good things.”
His sibling Tristan and two Romanian women are accused of identical offenses.
All of the suspects deny the charges.
Attorney Matt Jury, who represents all four women accusing Tate, stated, “They are pursuing the truth and accountability. And they want their evidence to be tested in court.
“His influence and public profile, as well as his frequent media appearances, continue to cause them distress, exacerbating the trauma they have endured.
“They wish to put an end to this and rectify the narrative regarding who Andrew Tate is. If he claims innocence, he has nothing to worry about.”
Andrew Tate’s spokesperson stated, “We realize there is a great deal of interest in Andrew at the moment; however, he vehemently denies these allegations and does not condone any form of violence against women.
“All sexual acts in which Andrew has participated were previously consented to by both parties.”
Andrew urges women who have experienced any form of assault to disclose it to the appropriate authorities. To his dismay, several women from nearly a decade ago have taken advantage of his current predicament.
We won’t comment on anyone’s purported intent to sue until legal action is filed.
