Six individuals were found dead in a fancy hotel in Bangkok, and authorities assume it was a poisoning.
On Tuesday, the bodies of three men and three women—four Vietnamese nationals and two Vietnamese Americans—were discovered downtown in Thailand’s capital.
A local police official disregarded an original report of a shooting.
“There is no sign of a shooting,” the official stated.
Thailand’s prime minister has investigated the occurrence and has been to the scene.

The Thai daily Matichon published images of police at the Grand Hyatt Erwan Hotel investigating the fatalities after being summoned by hotel workers. It stated five dead were discovered inside a room and one outside.
Investigators claimed the bodies were found foaming at the mouth, with no signs of violence, struggle, or robbery.
