Sir Andy Murray has confirmed that he will not compete in this year's Wimbledon men's singles championship but expects to play in the men's doubles. His team stated: "Unfortunately, despite working extremely hard on his recovery since his operation a little over a week ago, Andy has made the painful decision not to play singles this year.
