Erik ten Hag to continue as Manchester United manager

Despite intense speculation about the 54-year-old Dutchman's future, United has spent the past two weeks reviewing the 2023–24 season.   The Dutchman's future at the club has been the subject of much conjecture following a poor Premier League season in which United finished eighth.   However, they surprised rivals Manchester City, the Premier League champions, by winning the FA Cup final 2-1 at Wembley Stadium at the end of the season.
