Accident left Princess Anne hospitalized with minor bruises and concussion

According to Buckingham Palace, the King has been informed of Princess Anne's injuries and wishes her a "speedy recovery" with the rest of the royal family. Buckingham Palace has confirmed that Princess Anne had "minor injuries and a concussion" as a result of an incident on Sunday evening. It is understood that emergency services were summoned to the incident on the Gatcombe Park estate in Gloucestershire on Sunday to treat injuries consistent with being hit by a horse.
