Addressing journalists on Thursday, the head of the state’s true representative said: “Like the remainder of the country, the state leader is nauseated and dismayed by this and his contemplations are with the families and friends and family.

It came after the Ministry of Justice on Wednesday affirmed that Bellfield is locked in and has applied for consent to wed a lady while he is serving two entire life orders for killing student Milly Dowler, Marsha McDonnell and Amelie Delagrange.

A Ministry of Justice representative said: “An application has been gotten and is being considered in the typical manner.”

The 53-year-old executioner would require the consent of the jail lead representative to wed at the classification A men’s jail.
