The previous Labor MP was ousted from the party last year after she was seen as at legitimate fault for a 18-month provocation crusade.

Helen Law, addressing Webbe, said Ms Merritt had “lied” or “deceive” the judges’ court when she said she and Mr Thomas were simply “old buddies”.
However, examiner Susannah Stevens said: “What was happening between Michelle Merritt and Lester Thomas is really pointless to the litigant’s case in light of the fact that Claudia Webbe’s doubts concerning all of that give her not a protection but rather with an inspiration.”
