The America’s Got Talent judge has shared photographs from her journey to Italy, where she celebrated her 51st birthday.
Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello have announced their intention to divorce.
They stated in a statement to the US publication Page Six, “We have made the agonizing decision to divorce.
“As two individuals who love and care deeply for one another, we respectfully request privacy as we navigate this new phase of our lives.”
Vergara, who stars in Modern Family, has been married to Manganiello for seven years.
In 2014, they met at the White House correspondents’ dinner and 18 months later, they wed in Florida.
The couple has no children together, but Vergara has a 31-year-old son from a prior relationship.
Vergara is also well-known as a judge on America’s Got Talent, while Manganiello is well-known for his roles in the True Blood series and films such as Magic Mike and Spider-Man.
The Colombian-born actress is currently celebrating her 51st birthday with companions on the Amalfi coast of Italy.
She appeared to be in a happy mood on Monday, posting photos of herself on a sun-drenched terrace with the caption, “Last day of vacation! Even when you’re so heated, I still adore you, Ravello.”
