Director of Reservoir Dogs Quentin Tarantino may be most known for his violent films, but it turns out he enjoys loud snorting and jumping in muddy puddles.
Peppa Pig has been called “the finest British import of this decade” by Quentin Tarantino, who admits he watches the preschool favorite “a lot.”
In an interview with the film magazine Empire, the 59-year-old filmmaker acknowledged his fondness for the “adorable but little bossy little pig” of his two-year-old son Leo.

Tarantino explained that seeing Despicable Me 2 with his son was “a more immersive experience than, say, Peppa Pig.”

The series became collateral damage of the Ukraine conflict earlier this year when a Russian court declared that the trademarks of the cartoon character could be utilized by Russian firms without penalty.
The move followed the imposition of economic sanctions in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
According to the Peppa Pig World website, Peppa “is four years old and lives with her mother, father, and younger brother George.
She also enjoys “teasing her father about his large stomach” and “playing in filthy puddles.”
Tarantino and his wife Daniella Pick Tarantino had their second child, a baby girl, one week ago. Her name has not yet been disclosed.
