The actor was accused of exceeding the designated area in the national park, a transgression that has resulted in fines, prohibitions, or incarceration for certain individuals. He entered a not-guilty plea.
Pierce Brosnan pleaded not guilty to breaking into a Yellowstone National Park restricted area in the US.
A month ago, after trespassing, the James Bond actor was accused of entering a thermal area at Mammoth Terraces, located in the northern portion of the park near the Wyoming-Montana border.
The defendant has formally denied the charge; a hearing has been rescheduled for February 20. If he is found guilty, he could face imprisonment, a fine, or a ban, according to a court document.

According to the United States Attorney’s Office for Wyoming, Brosnan was off business when he visited the park.
