The 46-year-old actor was criticised for his role as Smiles A Lot in the 1990 Kevin Costner film on Monday.
Nevada has legally charged Nathan Chasing Horse, who participated in the Oscar-winning film Dances With Wolves, with sex trafficking, sexual assault, and child abuse.
The former Hollywood actor allegedly targeted indigenous females; authorities in Las Vegas have identified at least six victims.
One claimed she was reportedly abused by Chasing Horse when she was 13 years old. While another claimed she was given to the organization as a “present” when she was 15 years old.
Chasing Horse earned a reputation as a so-called medicine man who performed healing ceremonies among tribes across the United States and Canada after he participated in Dances With Wolves.
He is accused of physically and sexually harassing the girls, taking minor wives, and forming a cult.
Chasing Horse is also accused of recording sexual assaults and arranging sex with victims for other men who paid him.

He has lived in Montana, South Dakota, and Nevada since the early 2000s, where he made the accusations.
After being the subject of an investigation, Chasing Horse was arrested near his Las Vegas residence.
Police discovered firearms, over 18 kilograms of marijuana and magic mushrooms, and a memory card with many videos of sexual assaults, according to the arrest report.
According to a 50-page search warrant acquired by the Associated Press, he is also thought to be the leader of a cult called The Circle.
He was removed from the Fort Peck Reservation in Poplar, Montana, in 2015 for similar crimes, the warrant states.
Chasing Horse instructed his women to “shoot it out” if the cops attempted to “tear their family apart.”
If that failed, he allegedly instructed his wife to take “death pills.”
