Lindsey Lohan and her spouse are reportedly “over the moon in love” following the birth of their son Luai.
Lindsay Lohan’s first child with spouse Bader Shammas has been born.
The 37-year-old Mean Girls actress and her financier spouse are “over the moon in love” following the birth of their son, Luai, according to a representative for the actress.
Lohan announced in March that she was expecting her first child by uploading an Instagram photo of a baby grow with “coming soon” written on it.
Lohan and Shammas wed in April 2022, and later that year, the actress became expectant.
A representative for the actress stated, “Lindsay Lohan and her financier spouse, Bader Shammas, have welcomed a healthy, beautiful son named Luai.
“The family is over the moon in love.”
Reportedly, the child was born in Dubai, with Lohan stating previously that the city “gives me the space to have my vision of what I need to do next.”
In the 1998 film The Parent Trap, in which she portrayed estranged twin sisters, Hallie Parker and Annie James, Lohan rose to prominence.
It was a critical success that helped establish her career as an actress.
She subsequently starred in several popular 2000s films, including Mean Girls, Herbie Fully Loaded, Confessions Of A Teenage Drama Queen, and Freaky Friday.
Lohan disclosed that her Freaky Friday mother, Jamie Lee Curtis, is among those who have offered her advice.
“Recently, I spoke with Jamie Lee Curtis, and she said, ‘Just bring the baby along, and everything will be fine.'”
Lohan took a small step back from the Hollywood spotlight after attracting tabloid attention alongside Britney Spears and Paris Hilton for years.
She has recently returned to the big screen, following a rom-com contract with Netflix that included Falling For Christmas and Irish Wish.
