The deal was reached eight years after the couple wed at a Renaissance fort in Florence, Italy, in 2014, and nearly a year after Kardashian filed for divorce.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have negotiated a divorce settlement, according to Los Angeles court filings.
The former couple will share custody of their four children, who range in age from three to nine years old.
West, who has officially changed his name to Ye, will pay Kardashian $200,000 (£166,000) each month in child support, and they will share the costs of private protection, private schooling, and university education for their children.
They will both pay their debts and neither will pay spousal support.
The court paperwork filed on Tuesday requested a judge’s approval of the parameters that the former couple has agreed upon.
West and Kardashian, both aged 42, had a prenuptial agreement and had mostly kept their assets separate.
In 2014, the pair tied the knot at a Renaissance fort in the Italian city of Florence. Kardashian initiated divorce proceedings over a year ago.
At her request, a judge declared them legally single in March of this year.
West lashed out on social media against the reality TV celebrity, her family, and Pete Davidson, the nine-month-long boyfriend of the reality TV star.
The 45-year-old musician said that he was excluded from his children’s milestones, such as birthday celebrations, and was not permitted to make critical parenting decisions.
Kardashian described his attacks as “hurtful” and accused him of making co-parenting “difficult at every turn.”
A judge denied West’s request to cross-examine Kardashian’s future husbands under oath. Since the filing for divorce, West has dismissed two attorneys.
In recent months, West’s provocative and antisemitic outbursts have damaged his reputation, prompting several companies to cut connections with him.
The rapper was removed from Forbes’ list of billionaires after his contract with Adidas was terminated.
According to the magazine, his lucrative contract with the corporation accounted for $1.5 billion (£1.3 billion) of his net worth.
It stated, “With it gone, Ye is no longer a billionaire.”
West also revealed last week that he would run for president of the United States in 2024 and has requested Donald Trump to serve as his running partner.
West also ran for office in 2020, but missing deadlines and a lack of signatures prevented him from appearing on the presidential ballot in most states.
