After stealing a bag of chips, Hannah Montana star Mitchel Musso was detained on Saturday and charged with theft and public intoxication.
Musso, 32, played Oliver Oken on Disney from 2006 to 2011 alongside Miley Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus.
In his hometown of Rockwell, Texas, he was charged for stealing a bag of chips from a hotel.
Musso allegedly refused to pay and became verbally abusive when prompted for payment.
In addition, he is charged with having an expired car registration, not displaying a valid driver’s license, and violating a “promise to appear” notice.
After a night in prison, Musso was released on Sunday on a $1,000 (£793) bond.
In 2011, the actor had been detained for driving under the influence in Burbank, California.
Also he was placed on informal probation for 36 months, fined, and ordered to attend alcohol education courses.
In addition to Pair of Kings and Phineas and Ferb, Musso has starred in other Disney television series.
