The actor’s plea bargain proposal is the latest in a succession of legal troubles. Miller faced disorderly conduct offenses and protection orders in the past year. Since then, the actor has vowed to change their lifestyle.

In Vermont, troubled actor Ezra Miller has agreed to plead guilty to trespass in exchange for the dismissal of burglary and theft charges in the same case.

Miller, who is slated to star in a new The Flash film this year, was accused of stealing several alcohol bottles from a Stamford residence in May of 2017.

Police charged the actor with unlawful entry, two counts of burglary in an unoccupied residence, and petty theft.

Miller pledged to turn their life around in August, stating in a statement. “Having just endured a period of tremendous distress. I now recognize that I am suffering from complicated mental health difficulties and have begun continuing treatment.

Numerous individuals have pushed Warner Bros. Which produces The Flash films as part of the DC Comics property, to replace Miller as the series’ lead actor.
