The actress claimed in 2021 that Marilyn Manson had flogged her, given her electric shocks, and threatened to molest her, but the musician insists that “none of this ever occurred.”
Esme Bianco has reached a settlement with Marilyn Manson in a lawsuit in which she alleged sexual, physical, and emotional abuse.
Her attorney Jay Ellwanger stated that the 40-year-old actress, best known for her recurring role as Ros on the HBO series, settled “to move on with her life and career.”
Howard King, Manson’s legal representative, also confirmed the agreement, with the rock musician maintaining that the allegations against him were “provably false” and “never happened.”
This is the third lawsuit against Manson, 54, to be dismissed after his former assistant and a model filed similar charges.
Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, was accused by Bianco of violating human trafficking laws by bringing her to California from England in 2009 and 2011, under the pretense that she would star in music videos and films.
The actress was allegedly deprived of food and sleep, locked in a bedroom, whipped, given electric shocks, and threatened to enter her room at night and commit rape.
Manson is also suing his ex-fiancee Evan Rachel Wood for defamation, claiming she portrayed him as a “violent offender”
He claims the Westworld actress conspired with a friend to get other women to come forward by using false allegations and pretenses.
Los Angeles police presented the results of a 19-month criminal investigation into sexual abuse allegations, but prosecutors stated that they needed more evidence before deciding whether Manson should be charged.
Bianco and others made their accusations public after Wood used the social media hashtag #IAmNotOk. which raises awareness of domestic violence. In the HBO documentary Phoenix Rising, she elaborated on her background.
