A sixteen-year-old boy was fatally shot by police in Australia after he wounded a man in the back during an alleged terrorist attack. The adolescent reported to Perth police on Saturday night that he intended to carry out violent acts without specifying his location or identity.

I am being prevented from entering France by them. "Today, I am scheduled to deliver a speech at the French Senate," Abu-Sitta announced via the social media platform X.

Police have cleared an encampment at the University of Virginia (UVA) and arrested at least twenty-five pro-Palestinian demonstrators, as campuses across the United States prepare for additional unrest during commencement ceremonies.  At UVA's campus in Charlottesville, where demonstrations had been predominantly nonviolent until Saturday morning, when footage captured police officers in riot gear circling an encampment on the lawn, cuffing some protesters with zip ties, and allegedly spraying chemical spray, tensions escalated.

First wild animal to cure wound using medicinal plant: Orangutan

According to scientists, Rakus, a male Sumatran orangutan, exhibited a specific behavior in which he tore leaves and chewed on them before administering the resulting mixture to a wound below his right eye. A first for wild animals, an orangutan was observed using a plant with healing properties to treat a laceration on its face, according to scientists.
