A source with knowledge of the situation told CBS News that the batch did not contain nuclear secrets. And was contained in a folder with other unclassified documents.

Richard Sauber, special counsel to President Biden, told CBS on Monday that the files were discovered right before the midterm elections by Biden attorneys who were cleaning out the office.
