The 44-year-old man from Bali heard a “crack” followed by terrible pain while his partner was in the cowgirl position.

Another study found that penile fractures typically occur when the woman is in a position of superiority.
A potential complication of these types of injuries, according to Dr. Yusuf, is men’s embarrassment about the injury, resulting in a delay in seeking treatment.
The medical staff did not specify when the individual was harmed.
While the case report said that the man achieved full recovery and was able to have sex painlessly again, it did not specify whether he was administered painkillers or antibiotics throughout his recovery.
