The star of The Matrix and John Wick franchises that he was “significantly startled, angered, and distressed” by the reported assaults.
Keanu Reeves received a restraining order against a man who allegedly slept in his garden.
The Hollywood actor, known for his appearances in The Matrix and John Wick films. Stated that he was “significantly alarmed, annoyed, and distressed” by the claimed assaults.
Reeves stated in court documents obtained by the PA news agency that Brian Keith Dixon, 38, had visited his Los Angeles County property six times.
He stated that the incidents occurred between November of last year and January of 2023.
The records also alleged that on Dixon’s second visit. He left behind a backpack containing “strange” materials, including a DNA testing kit.
Dixon’s “incoherent and terrifying social media messages” called him “Jasper Keith Reeves,” suggesting a relationship.
In his declaration, Reeves stated: “Throughout the past few months, the Respondent has made multiple unannounced visits to my home, trespassed onto my property, requested access to my home, and attempted to contact me.
“I hear that Respondent is the subject of an ongoing criminal investigation due to his alarming behavior.
“Respondent’s persistent harassing, disturbing, and threatening activities are causing me significant anxiety, irritation, and anguish. Including the need to safeguard my partner and others who stay or visit my house.”
The interim restraining order was issued until February 24, the date of an upcoming court hearing.
